B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d’une subvention pour l\u2019acquisition d’un\u00a0cycle ordinaire et\/ou d’un v\u00e9lo \u00e0 p\u00e9dalage assist\u00e9, neufs et conformes aux prescriptions du code de la route en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un cycle ordinair<\/strong>e, le montant de la subvention correspond \u00e0 10% du prix d\u2019achat hors tva, sans pouvoir d\u00e9passer le montant de 100\u20ac\u00a0;<\/li>\n
  2. Pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un cycle \u00e0 p\u00e9dalage assist\u00e9<\/strong>, le montant de la subvention correspond \u00e0 10% du prix d\u2019achat hors tva, sans pouvoir d\u00e9passer le montant de 250\u20ac\u00a0;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la subvention doivent remplir toutes les conditions suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u00catre \u00e2g\u00e9s au moins de 10 ans<\/li>\n
    2. \u00catre domicili\u00e9s sur le territoire de la Ville de Remich le jour de l\u2019achat<\/li>\n
    3. Ne pas avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sente subvention au cours des 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es<\/li>\n
    4. Ne pas avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9, au cours des 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, d\u2019une prime, subvention, allocation ou g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019aide, sous quelque d\u00e9nomination que ce soit, concernant la m\u00eame mati\u00e8re et allou\u00e9e par une autre commune ou collectivit\u00e9 territoriale<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      La demande doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019administration communale moyennant le formulaire mis \u00e0 disposition par celle-ci au plus tard 6 mois apr\u00e8s la date indiqu\u00e9e sur la facture qui prouve l\u2019acquisition du cycle. Copie de cette facture est \u00e0 joindre obligatoirement \u00e0 la demande.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Le formulaire est t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable sous la rubrique “Publications > formulaires” ou pourra \u00eatre demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception de l’administration communale de la Ville de Remich.<\/p>\n
