Join the Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels in Remich this Summer!
What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa yoga links movement with breath, creating an energizing yet relaxing flow. My sessions feature creative and balanced sequences that strengthen and lengthen the body while incorporating detoxifying practices and pranayama (breathing exercises). Participants will experience a strong, safe, and supportive practice, with modifications and options for different abilities.
Session details:
- Location: Parc Jeannot Belling, Remich
- Schedule: 09:30 – 10:30 (please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier)
- July: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
- August: 2, 7, 9, 14, 16
- Instructor: Bojana Nagy, 700+ hour certified yoga instructor
- What to bring: Yoga mat
