The association was founded in 1981, during the era of analog photography, which has since given way to the now-dominant digital technology. In addition to their personal favorite subjects, the Photo-Frënn primarily photograph major events and gatherings that take place in Remich. Upon request, these photos can be presented as a slideshow.

On the association’s website, “Réimech gëschter an haut” is presented through photos and text—Remich in the past and Remich today, showcasing its historical development, its unique characteristics, and above all its residents who have shaped life in the “Pearl of the Moselle” and its surroundings, both in the past and today.
