The citizens of Remich can use the “Am Haff” recycling center operated by the Hein company in Bech-Kleinmacher, which is strictly reserved for holders of an access card.
More info on the access card:
- The card is provided by the municipality of Remich upon payment of a non-refundable fee of €10.
- Only one card per household.
- If the card gets lost or damaged, a new one will be issued against payment of non-refundable fee of €25, and the previous card will be blocked.
- If the household moves outside the commune, the card will be automatically blocked.It is forbidden to give or lend the card to anyone other than members of the household. The card will be blocked for one year in the event of non-compliance.
The in-house regulation of the Hein company must be respected.

Private households, companies, associations and other public or private waste producers are authorized to dispose of their waste at the SIGRE collection point in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the site. Certain categories of waste are subject to a fee.
