  2. Zumba Gold
    Organized by the city of Remich / Instructor: Adeline Trouillot – Zumba Zin instructor for ac-ademic
    Mondays from 4pm to 5pm – Sports hall of the school “rue Enz ”
    Start: 23/09/2024
    No classes during school vacations.
    Price: 60 €
    Registration on site.
    Due to the reduced tempo and simpler movements, Zumba Gold is particularly suitable for older people to do something for their fitness and health.

    Mondays from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm – school sports hall “rue Enz

    Price: €60
    These classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts. As well as being good for the heart and the figure, they help relieve stress – a complete “Body Shape” program.
