Wasps | Useful advices

Wasps have useful functions in nature and are not dangerous to humans if they are not under threat. It’s true that they can disturb us on the terrace, but with the right behavior, there’s no danger, even close to the nest. That’s why the Ëmweltberodung Lëtzebuerg informs you about the various possibilities for cohabiting with wasps in the “Wasp Guide” folder.

Egyptian gooses are an invasive bird species and pose a danger to native birds, as they can spread uncontrollably since they have no natural enemies whatsoever.
‼️ That’s why it’s important NOT to feed Egyptian gooses! If you find a nest with eggs, please send us the location and a picture to info@neobiota.lu.

📌We would also like to remind you, that it is generally prohibited to feed water birds and pigeons in Remich.
