Road closure | Rue Dauvelt & Rue St Nicolas

Due to works at No. 31, Rue St Nicolas, from 10 to 14 August 2026, Rue Dauvelt and Rue St Nicolas up to the intersection with Rue Wenkel will be closed to traffic.

IMPORTANT

  • Waste collection (household waste and organic waste): Please put your bins out on the scheduled collection day before 7:00 a.m. and place them at the designated collection point located near Montée de la Chapelle.
  • Access to properties (entry and exit) will remain possible via Rue Hierzigsberg or Rue Wenkel.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Residents are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements and to inform any suppliers or service providers of these traffic restrictions.

Work site Rue Enz/Place du Marché | 29-30.05.2026

Due to roadwork by the Department of Public Works, traffic disturbances may occur from May 29 to 30, 2026, on the N2 / CR 152 C (Rue Enz–Place du Marché–border bridge).

In addition, the roadwork will result in the closure of several crosswalks for the duration of the works.

Traffic

Due to the cavalcade, several streets will be inaccessible in Remich on Sunday, March 15th, 2026 from 1 p.m. until the end of the event  approx. 6 p.m.).

Be aware of the parking regulations in place! Please read all signs carefully before you park, the more restrictive one is the one in effect.

Deviations will be set up.

Public transport

This affects the bus lines 341, 342, 406, 411, 413, 431, 432 and 550, as well as various stops.
